Want to share your story or file a complaint? Prefer to speak with someone in person rather than via email? Come to our VBU consultation hours! We're here for you every Tuesday (board) and Thursday (committee).

Tenant complaints?

Do you have a problem with your home and are you having trouble resolving it with DUWO? We'd be happy to listen to you during our consultation hours. While we can't handle individual complaints, we can advise you on the next steps. If we receive many similar complaints, we can also discuss them with DUWO.

Personal problems or with housemates?

Are you feeling down or having problems with others? You can share your story with us. We'll listen and help you find a solution. If necessary and desired, we'll connect you directly with a neighborhood coach for professional support or with someone from DUWO's Social Management department.

Borrow tools

Need a hammer drill or other tools? Our rental shop is also open during consultation hours. Check out the tools page for more information!
